Who Is The Molalla Diamond Club?

Our Mission Statement

The Molalla Diamond Club is dedicated to enriching the baseball experience for our players, families, and community.  We aim to elevate our facilities, empower our leadership through colaboration, and maintain consistent communication.  Through intentional fundraising and strategic planning, we support the evolving needs of our teams.  Our commitment is to foster a sustainable, inclusive environment that champions academic achievement, athletic excellence, community pride, and a development of well-rounded adults.

The President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Sergeant-at-Arms will aim to work in harmony in order to
guide the club’s vision, support its members, safeguard its resources, preserve accurate records, and uphold traditions.

Their collective mission is to ensure the club operates with transparency, unity, and purpose while empowering members, strengthening community ties, and sustaining the
values that define the Molalla Diamond Club.

Please feel free to talk with any one of our board members about what we have going on, what our plans are for the future, and any thoughts you might have.

Committee Structure

Fundraising Committee

This committee will coordinate fundraising activities for the Molalla Diamond Club in order to meet the funding goals and priorities that are set forth each season.  (ie. Carwash, Christmas Tree sales, etc.)

Diamond Committee

This committee is focused on improving and maintaining the field, clubhouse and grounds around Al Geddes field that make sure our players,
coaches and community are proud to be a part of the Molalla Baseball family.

​

Youth Development

This committee has the job of supporting and creating opportunities to develop the relationships between the youth of Molalla and the
high school program.  This includes building positive relationships with players, coaches and families in order to cultivate a robust program.

​

Advertising Committee

The advertising committee will work to strengthen community pride by developing and implementing a plan for approaching the community at-
large through banners, calendars, posters, etc. This will promote involvement, celebrate our shared hometown values, and help ensure every athlete can develop through the support of the entire Molalla community.

Program Branding Committee

The program branding committee will be responsible for maintaining and promoting a consistent and positive identity for the baseball program using website, social media outreach, and team merchandise.

​

Operations and Procurement Committee

The Operations Committee supports the day-to-day needs of the baseball program by carrying out the goals and directives of the coaching staff. This committee helps ensure smooth program operations by coordinating logistics, resources, and support activities, allowing coaches and players to focus on development, performance, and team success. This committee
will be responsible for aligning program needs with the coaches on things such as uniforms, equipment, coordinating away game meals, and home game events like snack shack sales, etc.
