Her coaching philosophy centers on developing well-rounded athletes through strong fundamentals, consistent effort, and a commitment to personal growth.

A Strong Playing Background

Softball has been a lifelong passion for Lindsay. Growing up in Southern California, she developed a love for the game at an early age and competed at a high level throughout her playing career. After attending Riverside Community College, she continued her academic and athletic journey at the University of Washington.

While at Washington, Lindsay was a member of the Huskies softball program and contributed to the team's successful 2013 season, which culminated in a trip to the Women's College World Series. Her experiences competing at the collegiate level provide valuable insight that she now shares with the next generation of athletes.

Lindsay believes that long-term success begins with mastering the fundamentals. She emphasizes proper mechanics, game awareness, and a strong work ethic while creating an environment where players are encouraged to challenge themselves and continuously improve.

Sabrina Branderhorst-Rogers

HEAD COACH - JV

Dedicated to Developing Student-Athletes

Coach Sabrina has been a valued member of the Molalla High School softball coaching staff for the past three years and brings an additional five years of coaching experience across a variety of sports. Her coaching philosophy extends beyond athletic performance, focusing on helping students grow as athletes, learners, and productive members of their community.

As a substitute teacher within the Molalla School District, Sabrina is passionate about mentoring young people both inside and outside the classroom. She believes that athletics provide valuable opportunities to develop leadership, responsibility, confidence, and teamwork that last far beyond a player's competitive years.

A Lifelong Love of Softball

Softball was a major part of Sabrina's life for more than 13 years as a player. Although a career-ending injury brought her playing days to an early close, it never diminished her passion for the game. She continued competing in slow-pitch softball, but soon discovered that her greatest fulfillment came from coaching and helping young athletes reach their potential.

Inspiring the Next Generation

Sabrina is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where players can develop their skills, build confidence, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for the game. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and genuine care for each athlete make her an important part of the Molalla softball program and a trusted mentor for the next generation of players.
